Refund Policy

General Policy

All fees paid to Audrey Segal are non-refundable. This policy applies to all service categories without exception. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Portfolio Access Fees

The following portfolio access fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Air Hostess portfolio viewing: $300 to $1,000 per profile
• Corporate Women portfolio access: $500 to $4,000 per profile
• Instagram Influencer portfolio viewing: $200 per session
• Pornstar list access: $1,500
• Hollywood and Bollywood consultation: $1,500
• Celebrity contact fee: $5,000 per celebrity
• International city portfolio viewing: $100 to $500 per city

These fees cover access to information, portfolio materials, and consultation time. They are not deposits and cannot be applied toward future bookings or services.

Companion Booking Fees

Companion fees are paid directly to the companion at the time of the meeting. In the event of a cancellation:

• Client cancellation (24+ hours notice): No charge.
• Client cancellation (less than 24 hours): A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking may apply at Audrey Segal's discretion.
• Client no-show: The full booking fee may be charged.
• Companion cancellation: Audrey Segal will offer a replacement companion or reschedule at no additional cost.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please email audreysegal30@gmail.com within 24 hours of the booking. Audrey Segal will review the matter personally. Any resolution offered is at Audrey Segal's sole discretion and does not constitute a refund obligation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the agreed service constitutes a breach of these terms. Audrey Segal reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to fraudulent chargebacks.
