Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AudreySegal.com or booking any service through Audrey Segal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website or book any service. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement. See our Age Verification Policy for details.

Nature of Services

Audrey Segal provides companionship, social escort, and massage therapy services in Dubai, UAE. All services are legal within the jurisdiction of the UAE. Fees paid are for time and companionship only.

Booking and Payment

• Bookings are made via email at audreysegal30@gmail.com
• A booking is confirmed only after Audrey Segal sends written confirmation
• Payment is due at the time of the meeting unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods: Cash (AED), Cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin)
• All portfolio access fees and consultation fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)

Client Responsibilities

By booking a companion through Audrey Segal, you agree to:

• Treat the companion with respect and dignity at all times
• Maintain personal hygiene standards
• Not photograph or record the companion without explicit consent
• Not share the companion's personal information, real name, or contact details
• Not attempt to contact the companion outside of Audrey Segal's network
• Pay the agreed fee in full without negotiation at the time of meeting
• Provide accurate hotel and location information for outcall bookings

Companion Portfolio and Accuracy

Audrey Segal personally photographs and vets every associate. Portfolio images represent the companion at the time of photography. Minor variations in appearance (hairstyle, weight, tan) may occur. If a companion's appearance differs materially from her portfolio, please contact Audrey Segal within 24 hours.

Cancellation

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice incur no charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee
• No-shows will be charged the full booking fee

Confidentiality

Audrey Segal maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions, bookings, and communications. We expect the same from our clients regarding companion identities and service details. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of service.

Governing Law
